Detail / Concept

Diamond Condominium is conceived as a tropical residential environment that transforms conventional condominium living into a resort-like spatial experience.

The project is organized around a central courtyard, where a continuous pool and landscape system become the heart of the development. This configuration allows all units to maintain a visual and spatial connection to the shared environment, enhancing both openness and livability.

The design carefully orchestrates the arrival sequence — transitioning from the public street into a more intimate and controlled interior landscape. The central space acts not only as a recreational area, but as a climatic buffer that improves ventilation, daylight access, and overall environmental comfort.

Architecturally, the building adopts a simple and efficient massing strategy, reinforced by a rhythmic façade of balconies and vertical elements. These features provide shading, reduce heat gain, and create a consistent visual identity across the project.

Natural materials and tropical planting are integrated to soften the architectural edges, creating a balanced relationship between built form and landscape.

The result is a condominium that prioritizes spatial clarity, environmental performance, and a sense of retreat — redefining everyday living through a resort-inspired approach.
